How should I prepare for my carpet cleaning appointment?
It's helpful to have all clutter and debris off the floor and move small furniture items out of the room.
Do I need to move my furniture
out of the way?
No. We simply slide furniture pieces out, clean where they set, then put them back in place on styrofoam blocks. We move 4 pieces of furniture per room, which is included in standard pricing.
Should I vacuum?
Yes, it is helpful to get as much hair and dirt out of the carpet as possible, before we begin our process.
How long will the appointment take?
An average appointment takes 1-3 hours depending on the size.
What's your process?
We use a truck mount extractor on wheels, an eco-friendly pre-spray to liquify the dirt, and a high pressure carpet wand with very hot water to clean and vacuum simultaneously. This is called the hot water extraction method. We have a refined process, developed over 15 years of experience. All of our equipment comes right inside which allows for maximum extraction power, no open doors and access to multiple levels.

Set Up Fee

Carpet Cleaning
The lower end of the estimate scale applies to smaller homes and the higher end of the estimate scale applies to larger homes. Our rate per sq ft is .37.
Living & Dining Rooms: $75-$125
Downstairs Rec Rooms: $100-$200
Bedrooms: $35-$75
Hallways: $15-25
Steps: $50
Tile & Grout Cleaning
Our pricing on tile is flexible, depending how dirty it is.
12' tiles and larger: .45 per sq ft
12' tiles and smaller: .65 per sq ft
How long will the carpet take to dry?
Our carpet is always dry the same day. If you have plush carpet it's about 5-7 hours. If you have berber carpet its about 3-5 hours. Dry times also depend on how dirty the carpet is. The heavier the wear, the more water and product it takes to break through.
Do I need to be home?
It is absolutely your preference. But life is busy, and if you need us to come while you're away, we can easily accommodate that.
It is always us showing up (Chad and Natalie), we will measure your space, create an invoice and text it over to you before we begin. Payment can be made through Venmo or PayPal. And we're also happy to send pictures of the process as we go, so you don't miss out on the magic :)
Upholstery Cleaning
3 Cushion Couch: $105
2 Cushion Loveseat: $70
Sectional Couch: As a general rule, count $35 per seat cushion. If cushions are removable, add $5 per cushion.
Recliner: $50
Side Chair: $30-50 depending on size.
Excessive Staining
For rooms that are extremely soiled and stained and require much more than our standard deep clean process: $25 per room
